福建省长乐兄弟纺织实业有限公司创立于1993年3月，经过数年的成功经营，现已发展为一家集工贸一体的综合性公司。目前公司拥有建筑面积为5000平方米的现代化办公大楼，花园式的厂区，优越的办公和生活环境，引进和培养了一大批专业人才。

公司坐落于纺织之乡长乐金峰镇，具有得天独厚的地理优势和良好的商业环境。公司自主研发、生产国内经编机使用的织针等零配件；经营代理进/出口设备，以及收购、调剂各种国内经编设备（德国卡尔迈耶、LIBA、东德KOKETT和常德产设备等）；各种经编面料、蕾丝花边、服装辅料；经编机织针/配件（格罗茨、莎索尼亚）及各种国产织针；BOBOTEX包布、进口/国产盘头、以及经编机上使用的配件及辅助工具。

同时公司为了全面发展，结合市场的发展趋势，成立了恒德力贸易公司，专门开展大宗进出口国际、国内贸易业务，主要以化工、机电、钢铁、矿产等行业为主，业务网络遍布欧、美、日、澳、南美、东南亚等国家。

Founded in March 1993, after several years of successful running and it has now developed into a comprehensive company by integrating trade and industry. The company has a modern office building with gross floor area of 5,000 square meters, a garden-like factory, the superior office and living conditions, the company has introduced and trained a large number of professionals.

The company is located in the hometown of warp knitting textile, Jinfeng Town, Changle city and acquired a unique geographical location and a good business environment. The company undergoes independent R&D, produces knitting needles and spare parts etc. for various warp knitting machines; strives to do import/export agent work well for all different equipment, as well as acquisition, transferring domestic & foreign warp knitting equipment (such as Karl Mayer, Liba of Germany KOKETT of former East Germany and Changde make equipment, etc.) and various warp-knitted fabrics, lace, garment accessories; the warp knitting machine's knitting needle/spare parts (such as foreign brands of Groz needle, Saxonia needle and a variety of domestic knitting needles; BOBOTEX wrapper, imported/domestic-produced beam, as well as the spare parts and auxiliary tools for warp knitting machine.

At the same time, in order to conduct an overall development, in light of the development trends of the market, Brother Textile Company established the Hengdeli Trading Co., Ltd. specially to deal with bulk import and export, International and Domestic trade business, the main items contain chemical, electromechanical, steel and iron, and mining industries, etc. and push business network throughout Europe, the United States, Japan, Austrailia, South America, Southeast Asia and other countries.
